With a Business degree from a top London university, 10+ years in HR as a Senior People Manager, and training under Jay Shetty’s global coaching school, I know how to cut through the noise and get you results. Pair that with my obsession for mindfulness, CBT tools, and energy healing practices (Reiki, Breathwork, Shadow Work, Theta Healing), and you get a coaching experience that’s as grounded as it is transformational.

My Journey

About a couple of years ago, my own healing journey cracked me wide open - and I found my calling in helping others do the same. From career highs and personal lows, to exploring breathwork and spinal energetics, every lesson has sharpened me into the coach I am today: empathetic, direct, and fiercely committed to your growth.
